Based on field recordings made in 2007, Procession reveals the resonance of religious occasion of Taoism procession of the Hunger Ghost Festival in a simulated environment.  The work situates sound in a video game, reexamining gestures of listening as well as the relationships between auditory and visual experiences in a digital environment. It foregrounds sound as a subject matter in video game, an attempt of the artist to create and suggest a game-sound hybrid.
